The beach is within an easy 10 minutes walk. The walk to Marbella using the lovely seaside boardwalk will take you about 30 minutes and there are many beach restaurants on the way. The closest golf course is Rio Real Golf Course, one of the best ones in Costa del Sol. The closest supermarket – Al Campo in La Canada shopping centre – is just 5 minutes’ drive away.
The property is all on one floor, even though you need to walk down thirty nine steps taking you down from the road level onto the level of the property, where you can enjoy the stunning golf course views and breathtaking sunsets from your private garden. The spacious lounge with sofas and smart TV with international channels and Netflix opens directly into the garden and pool area. Outside there is a covered terrace table with plenty of seating for outside dining and chilling next to the private pool which is illuminated in the night. You can listen to your favourite music on the bluetooth audio tower.
This holiday home is best suitable for 12-13 guest occupancy, even though it can sleep up to 15 on supplementary beds.
All the bedrooms in the villa are prepared with fresh linen and towels. There are two en-suite bedrooms: The master bedroom with one double and one optional single bed has its own smart TV. The second en-suite bedroom has three single beds. There are two twin bedrooms which share another bathroom with a walk-in shower and a room behind the kitchen with three single beds which is used as the 5th bedroom. Guests must be aware that this last triple bedroom does not offer the same privacy as the rest of the bedrooms. You can walk out into the garden and pool area directly from all the bedrooms. All of them are air-conditioned and all of them enjoy sunlight all day long.
